Item and Payment FAQs
I keep getting the notification “there is only one item available” when selecting an item for purchase
The item has already been added to your cart. Double check your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon on the top right corner of your screen.
Furniture Dimensions
Width x depth x height (in inches). For example, a couch is 120 x 40 x 50”, meaning: 120” wide by 40” deep by 50” high.

Can I view items in the store before the sale?
No. there is no way for us to have a “view only” store page, so we have the page password protected until the day of the sale, at 4 pm.
If you are interested in knowing what will be available at each sale before the store is live, sign up for our mailing list to receive emails with a detailed contents list of what to expect. You can find the subscribe link in the top left hand corner of our website.
When do I know an item has been discounted?
When items are on sale, this will be noted with a banner at the top of the website. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout, following your review of your items for purchase. Items where the discount is not applied will be noted in the item title and description. Sign up to receive our “Special Invitation” Email sales notifications. We will keep you up to date with all of these fantastic sales.
I am interested in an item but I want to see more pictures, or view the item in person.
Our sales are run on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee you an item at the time of sale. You may request better photos of an item, please contact the sale manager under the “catalogue” link to arrange more photos.
How do I pay?
Add all the items you are prepared to purchase in your cart. You will be prompted to pay at checkout.
What is a 4% administrative fee?
The fee is to cover the cost of administration etc.
Is there GST?
NO GST charged on any item(s) purchased. This is a private sale. All contents is owned by the client or the estate.
Do you accept cash for online sales?
No, due to the logistical nature of online sales, credit card and other electronic payment options are only accepted. Sorry in advance for any inconveniences.
Can I Make An Offer?
All items are priced in the store and discounted accordingly. If you would like to make an offer at the end of the sale, please contact us by email with your offer showing the item no. and description, dollar amount currently advertised and what your offer price per item is.
We will be in touch with you, if the offer is accepted.
Sometimes we can respond by the end of the sale, other sales may require a day or so. It depends on the client that we are working for.
Pickup FAQs
Where and when do I pick up my items?
The pickup location and times are different from one sale to another. All pick up information will be found within your order confirmation. This should get emailed to you, or in your order history if you purchased through an account.
What information do I need to provide at pickup?
Please provide us with the order number. We may request to see the email confirmation.
Can I pick up my purchased items outside of the specified time window?
If you are unable to pick items up at the designated times, it would be appreciated to have someone pick up items on your behalf.
If this is not available please contact us before pick-up starts.
If you do not contact us prior to purchasing items, your items may be donated to the charity pickup.
I am in self isolation, how can I get my items?
It is our top priority to ensure the safety of customers and staff. Do not come to pick up items if you are ion 14-day isolation.
Please have a representative that is not in isolation pick up items on your behalf.
If this is not available, please contact us ahead of time and we can arrange a delivery. Please note that delivery fee will be dependent upon the items purchased and your location (i.e. furniture vs a small box of items).
